Hazards of Farr Rd. Homestead
The road leading to the location is very overgrown and muddy. The air quality inside the building is pretty bad too.
This location isn't too interesting, but if you have absolutely no where else to explore then I guess it'll do. It doesn't feature much other than a few sheds, a water tank, and a trailer.

This guy was illegally occupying hydro property. My friend at city hall said the City of Welland was after him for years and he eventually did vacate, but left all this junk behind for, presumably, the city to take care of.
