Fuddle Duddle

The location name is a wall sign in the basement of the house and not a throwback reference to the parliamentary scandal of 1971. This is an inner-city abandonment that will be making way for an 80-unit townhouse development. I toured through an open house here with my spouse in 2002 but the asking price was slightly outside my range because of the size of the back property. Well, kick me sideways!!! WTF. If only I knew what was coming. I bet the owners were bought out for triple the worth of the place from the developer.
