In front of the Society of Friends Cemetery lies this burnt building, formerly Cinnabar Kennels. It’s completely fenced off, although not well as there are many gaps that one can sneak through to access the building. The inside is as one would expect, filled with the burnt possessions of the former occupants and charred to a nice shade of black. There is a development proposal to demolish the building and turn the land into a 25 story apartment complex, which was approved in June 2022.

yeah I'm aware that house is boarded, the shop within eyeshot of it was fairly busy when I went so I didn't go further than look at it from the cemetery.

Sure was! But I guess it was to be expected, given how close it was to the plaza. Your shots sure showed a dangerous location. On the flip side, if you're in the area again, the house behind it is completely boarded up. Still has power though, so I gave it a quick circle and left.
