Not the breakfast franchise. It's tough to continue dedicating the 150 acres of land required for a typical golf course to that use when Ontario is in such a resdential development boom that the 2023 forecast price for a house is predicted to average $942K. That’s absurd beyond belief! But perfectly understandable why every drive-in and golf course in our province must be seriously considering packing it in and selling their land. This decrepit bar and grill is just about all that is left of yet another golf course in the Niagara region to fold. There are remains of an archaeological assessment 150m west of the building that is a SURE sign that land here is about to be developed for housing.
