Hazards of 6 Richmond Street
Seems cramped, the recently opened door indicates that perhaps there was a break in by either someone exploring the property, seeking refuge there, or something else.
History of 6 Richmond Street
No idea on 03/24/2022 I all of a sudden saw it’s doors open for the first time in what I would assume to be over a decade since it’s abandonment.
An abandoned old white house covered in trees and foliage. For at least a decade since it’s abandonment the front door has remained closed but as of 03/24/2022, that door has been spotted open. Overall the home is in relatively “decent” condition as it still stands but otherwise is rife with obvious signs of disrepair.

It's completely overgrown by the surrounding foliage now. I've seen some construction vehicles nearby but no real work done yet.
The house is closed off with a big no trespassing 24h surveillance camera. The doors bolded shut and reinforced.
Nice house I’ve drove past there so many times and I don’t know how I haven’t noticed this
I plan on exploring the interior and getting pics when it's a little bit warmer, stay tuned.

As of 3/17/2024 the front door is still boarded. That being said, it looked like a pretty fresh board and not amazingly secure.
