Considered an active construction site as there is evidence of work being done and a demolition permit is posted in front
Built in 1965 in the city of Edmonton lays thsi corner brick house. There is a demolition permit posted on the front lawn. I saw a photo of what will be replacing this home and it is a big modern McMansion. This home was vacant for quite some time. All POE was locked when I went to see this place. So just exteriors were taken.
Update: Demolished as of January 28th 2022.
