Saw this one while driving on Derry Road decided to go back after checking google earth for a better way to enter the location rather than parking right in the driveway. It just so happens that there is a gravel and aggregate pit right beside the place making for an easy and covert walk to the place.  I parked on walkers and the walk was so nice and there I was plenty to see and take in on the walk there, including some cool rock formations and a sick dirt jump course that someone had been using. I would highly recommend coming to the gravel pit with dirt bikes. The bando is not too interesting just a big garage that has been locked down tight, another outhouse that has been locked down tight as well, and the base of a transport trailer. Some junk by the garage and that is all there is to this location. Based off of some research this used to be used by a gravel and aggregate extraction company that then abandoned the property for many years earliest I can confirm is google street view from 2011. The property was then purchased by a company called Browns Fuel based out of Milton owned the property and apparently used it as their fuel supply base from April 2018 to sometime near the end of 2020 based on the Wayback machine of their site and google reviews. I say apparently because in that time frame the abandoned place looked no different than it does now or in the past, or that it was in use by anyone at all. I do not know who owns it now maybe Brown's Fuel still or someone else. Whoever owns it is probably just holding on to it until the land becomes more valuable due to either the gravel pit or urban sprawl. In the meantime enjoy the abandoned gravel pit, for more dirt biking to come. Cheers!
