From our research it looks like the house was abandoned between 2014-2015. The house has been painted from it's original brown siding. It looks like the upstairs has been recently very renovated, however the downstairs still holds some of it's heritage! It's definitely pinned to be demolished. The inside is being taken apart (flooring taken out, signs on doors saying to keep door and frame, etc.). Also, the house is plastered with signs by "Marquee on the Mountain. Executive Townhomes" , so it's safe to say the area will be being used for a new townhouse development in the future. Sucks, but it seems to be the way things are going.
