Howard Cemetery

Off of S Howard Road, which is off of County Road 27/Centennial Road. There is a grass covered road off of the main road leading to the cemetery, with room at the end to turn a car around.

This cemetery is considered abandoned, however it looks beautifully maintained! There are several "No Trespassing" and "Unsafe Monuments" signs, so whoever owns the property really doesn't seem to want people within the actual cemetery, however when I stopped by to take some pictures from just outside of the cemetery no one seemed to mind (and there were some people around the homes on S Howard Road who definitely saw me approach). I'm currently working on a project related to local cemeteries and hope to be able to return with permission to enter the cemetery to take some better pictures.
