Tenants Willing To Stay

This was the second of two random houses side by side. I certainly wasn’t prepared for what I encountered as soon as I entered, lots of black mold!! This property was up for sale for $1.4 million back in 2017. The listing states there were 5+3 bedrooms, man they must have been tripping over each other. The tenants were willing to stay but I guess they got the boot. A developer has snapped it up and there’s a proposal to build a 12-storey mixed use apartment building here. It was disgusting inside the house with garbage all over, I took one look at the basement stairs and said, hell no!! So only the main floor of this bungalow was explored. Bring a mask.
