Almost Brand New

There is not much to say here, aside from the fact that this is a HUGE waste of building supplies...

this 4000 sq ft home was custom built in 1994 and sits on a large 2.26 acre corner lot...

yes.. you read that right.. there is a 26 year old home sitting vacant awaiting demolition... i will never understand the point of this, the materials and man hours that went into this perfectly good house, just to be knocked down a quarter of a century later.

the house itself has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a beautiful Scarlet O'Hara staircase in the main foyer. the basement is flooded with the most disgusting water i have ever seen, and the smell is TERRIBLE.

there is a demolition fence around this house already, so i don't imagine this extremely young home with absolutely nothing wrong with it will be left standing for much longer. i hope they at least salvage most of the interior that they can, or maybe the windows and bricks.
