This place is massive! Lots to see here - the front part is the 2 floor office area. It is somewhat vandalized here. Thankfully, it is mostly intact, and is complete with a big file room, with boxes upon boxes full of paperwork left behind. The floor in this room is metal grating, with what I guess is a locker room underneath. The view is great from the broken windows on the second floor, towards the huge open area. This open area still has an elevated catwalk, though I didn't risk walking on it. I made this one FM2 as it is almost too easy to get in. The first 2 doors I tried were locked, but the third was open. So was another one I tried later. A bonus is there aren't any no trespassing signs at the moment, and the property isn't even fenced off. This is probably why there are a bunch of work order notices posted by the city on the exterior lol.
From addie: Not finding a ton of information on this place in regards to operation. The Canadian Transit Company operated out of this building and is still logged on google maps as that. Originally founded in 1979, the Canadian Transit Company specialized in providing inspections and weighing of goods in connection with transportation or in the operation of fixed facilities for motor vehicle transportation. Large industrial building with a second story accessible through a common area or what looks to be a lunch/break room. There is also signage for LINC Ontario LTD & Ontario International LTD.
