A modern home with posted signage to secure the property. The hydro is on but a large sheet of plywood in the back indicates that someone's broken through the patio doors in the past. I found this house when i found the party mansion across the road.

Did this house smell like death when you were there? Honestly, one of the weirdest smells... Like a mix of gasoline and plant fertilizer. Couldn''t find the source of it, although I didn''t look too hard. Place gave me the creeps.
Auburn Homes bought this property in 2017. They also own several others on the same side of the road - they must be planning on building a new subdivision here
