Layoffs At The Wood Mill

First off, don’t take the location name seriously. I’ve tried this house before with no luck. Fast forward a couple weeks later and canucks747 forwarded this one to me. When I pulled up I recognized it immediately, only this time somebody had now created a poe.

A lot of the windows are boarded up but thankfully the hydro still works inside. Nothing was left behind, but the fireplace and interior features are interesting. A flooded basement prevented me from exploring down there and I didn’t bother with the garage. You’ll hear noises from the alarm panel but it’s very doubtful anybody will show up, also beeping from a smoke detector as well. So be prepared for that going in. If you want to visit during the cold weather, good news, it’s heated! There are neighbours across the street including a couple barking dogs to announce your arrival.

Plans are to knock this place down and put up ten new detached homes in its place.
