Still no POE, but definitely vacant. I've been watching it for a while and there's now a chain gating the drivway. Someone still maintains it, though! Grass is always cut.
I was here at the end of Dec, only the back apartment was empty and the front looked lived in. There was no entry and could still be active possibly.
