I saw this place on my way to another location. There used to be an abandoned house next door but it got burned down a few years ago. This one is just a white house with some interesting no trespassing signs. There's a board that's ready to come off but I didn't even bother attempting entry because of the smell and the amount of what I think was insulation pressed against one of the windows. The house is in a relatively busy area but I don't think anyone will really mind much if you go check it out.

This is just a location asking to get it's ass kicked. You don't taunt vandals lol

The township doesn't have a lot of info on this property. Listed as "Worker's Cottage", built about 1900. Unsure of if that date is even close to being accurate or not, but if it is then the original owner/tenant may be a John Kelly (farm labour, owned 1 acre+wood house in 1901), or Charles Coc(k)erin (farmer, leased 100 acres+2 barns+wood house in 1901).

The silos in the back are part of another property.

Looks like a neat little place. Is there a barn in back or just silos?

Nice add, wondered if anyone would ever add this place before it gets demolished.
