Untapped Potential

This location came as a tip from a Facebook follower. The family moved out sometime in January or February 2016. The land has been purchased by a developer and is to eventually be demolished. Several outbuildings including a 100 year old house beside the newer home.

Access to the 100 year old house is not possible due to all ground level windows and doors being boarded up. The modern home is locked up.

I'm not big on adding locations without interiors and without access but I feel in time this one will open up.

We did notice tire tracks behind the locked gate as well as footprints in the snow - so be careful. Also don't be fooled by the green truck, it's abandoned. Easy access by parking next door.
