Old farm that bears the name "Wilfrid Schultz and Son". Entry is moderately difficult. If you choose to go in using the basement door, One: It may shut on you. Easy to open back up. Two: Very low ceiling. Watch your head. Not very much inside. Access to the attic is easy if you see the missing step. Loved the yellow tainted windows on the 1st floor
