Found this modest house while coming back from a great BPS location, surprised he hasn’t added this one. The meter has been removed and new housing is going up all around it. An application has been submitted to rezone this property to commercial. I apologize in advance for the excessive amount of door shots, it was hard to find stuff to shoot inside, and empty rooms just don’t cut it. The kitchen was the highlight and certainly had charm. It was cool to see the original hard wood floors throughout. There were a couple of interesting light switch covers and some encyclopedias dating back to 1955. Outside was an International truck grill and a riding lawnmower, in case you need to make a quick getaway!
