The infamous "Grow Op Mansion" or "Drug Dealer's House" was a licensed grow-up producing medical marijuana located at 14740 Keele Street in King City, Ontario.
It was built in 1995 for British businessman George Fejer. Fejer owned a business named "Canadian All-Terrain Vehicle Manufacturing" which sold parts for kit cars. The business was co-owned by George's son Robert Fejer. It closed in 2004.
Rumors say that someone bought the property and attempted to use it for illegal purposes and tapping into hydro, or some other device, and caused a fire at the mansion
It has some really weird and unique architecture, This mansion is equipped with a HUGE backyard - including a children's playground, a huge pool, and a lot of open space. The house itself was like a maze, the main and upper floors are full of good photo opportunities, however, it’s not possible to enter the basement as its path is blocked by couches and furniture.

I know I'm late but I just saw kat666g's comment so I figured I'd point out that he didn't actually add to the vandalism. Lumin's picture was (badly) photoshopped to say "No Apologies" where it actually said "Eat Food."
woke up this morning to find someone who used this house as an album cover, and they clearly added to the grafitti. such a shame, if you want to see search up lumin on soundcloud and look at the new album 'no apologies'. f***** a**hole.
I've driven by this house many times over the past few years, and I've been meaning to explore it for a long time. Unfortunately, I waited too long. I drove by a few weeks ago and noticed all the graffiti on it, what a shame. Two weeks after that, I drove by again, and the house was completely gone. It's a shame as the other pictures look incredible. Well, you snooze, you lose!
Why is the description continuing on the false rumour that the house was owned by a lady with cancer? I've personally spoken to the owner of the house when the real estate ad was up, he sold it to an investor who licenced the property for medicinal marijuana. There were never any "drug dealers" or "illegal grow ops" here.
This place is in shambles sadly. The basement was hard to access I had to push the couch further down the stairs so I could walk under it. Wish I would've known about it sooner
from what I've been hearing, it's scheduled to be demolished in the spring:(
I tried to visit a few days ago, there was a work crew in front of the house, just setting up.

i think it was originally built by a guy who built industiral buildings for a living and his wife was into making pottery he sold it to a wierd woman who grew pot there had a fire then went to live elseware then someone else grew some pot there after that it was very vandalized i contacted her to buy it she wanted alot for it so I passed, she was not hurting for the money although i think she might have been behind on the taxes
