Let's be honest, the center Gray Rocks resort was doomed to certain death face to the millions of dollars of investment made in the tourist resort of Mont Tremblant, located a few kilometers away. The 103 years old hotel simply was more weight and his meager resources did not allow it to upgrade its facilities.
