I can't find much on the original owner of this Farm. The last name was Carlisle and first name Orville I believe. According to the historical references it appears the house sat close to the roadway. It also appears that a relative named William Carlisle had a farm right next to Orville. Perhaps brothers?

All that remains of this farm now are the two concrete grain silo's. There is a long driveway going in to the property and I was trying to determine exactly where the original farm house sat but I couldn't seem to find any ruins.

I tried checking on Google where it was but couldn't find anything. There is a lot of construction going on there so there's a good chance it was torn down

Chances are if its in york region you'll be able to tell when it was torn down by going back in time on the www.yorkmaps.ca online map.
