Another 407 abandoned house. The highway is right there but the house is presently standing, not sure if/when it will be demolished. Also not sure why there is police tape in the kitchen area, no sign of anything bad.

Added by Auscan, October 31, 2015: [color=white][color=white][color=black]In it's time, this was a lovely home, and was home to Newfoundlander and avid motorcyslist Jimmy Slade along with his fainthful dog Stub.

Unfortunately, due to vandals, (and possibly police training exercises?), a lot of the inside of the home shows signs of wanton destruction. The big bay windows at the back of the home have been smashed, but some windows remain intact. The house features a beautiful staircase leading down to the basement, where there is bar beside the fireplace. It looks like Mr. Slade was in the process of renovating the basement before he left, and some of the walls are a bit unusual.

Out back is a good sized chunk of land with a creek running through it. Although it was well maintained while the home was occupied, the spacious 2-car garage is now totally open, and the door in ruins.
