Closed in 2007 and suffered a crippling fire not long after. It is currently being demolished.

I have a feeling that's what the new 'Developers' will do with the property. I was chatting with one of them while I was there and he seemed like a real piece of work. He used the word 'potentially' in every sentence. Seems like a real trend in the northwest lately, I've seen a ton of mills get demolished in the past 2 years...

This place was just purchased, everyone is excited that it's going to re-open. The last guy who owned it gutted it and took out anything of scrap value then left it for the township to worry about. Looks like the place is finished.
