Three-Storey Downtown Office

Situated between a park, a dance studio and a few apartment buildings, this downtown office building is a familiar site to many downtown. Unfortunately, given its location in the rougher part of downtown, no businesses were keen on leasing any of the increasing vacancies, and the building has sat empty and boarded up for months. Several small and medium businesses used to rent on the upper levels. The lower level most recently--as can be seen from my pictures--hosted an adult education centre, along with some other storefronts.

I rent a parking space a few metres from the building, and I've never seen a point of entry. Today, I noticed that between when I started work and when I finished work, one of the boards had been removed from an upper level escape door, but still no clear way in that I have been able to find. It's still good for some neat exterior shots, however.
