Fully boarded red brick farmhouse, seemingly another 407 victim. There is a means of entry. Had I not been with my Mom on Momster Day, I would have been all over it. When Mom says no going inside, I listen...until my next visit ;) Parking is ample at the ball diamond lot located next to the Powerade Centre. Stealthy approach is very easy from the lot. A word of warning the barn and shed have ALARM signage. House has no signage. PM me for more info if you plan a visit.
Just visited this location this weekend (Feb 2018). The built in shed on the left side is all boarded up now, but another obvious POE can be found to get into the main house. I chose not to climb over all the broken glass, but others may brave it. Since the last photos were posted, the roof of the house is covered with blue tarps. I hope this is an indication that somebody might want to save it one day! Elkiman.

Timo, I have a feeling I posted it way earlier and then when I left, the location got deleted... I'm SO GLAD someone got in because I was super curious as to what the interior looked like. :D
So that was you I saw there yesterday, I saw two ladies walking around and checking out the house, I waited in the Powerade lot and then I just left, wish I would have known it was you, would have pulled in and said hello. Beat me to it by minutes, haha.
Almost certain this location was in the database at one time. Perhaps disappeared in a "frenzy" of deletions, or lost in the Great Lotus Clean-up of 2013.
Thanks guys...@ superss yes the boards look very old. I was surprised to see it wasn't here as well, but if it was a construction site at one point, I can see how it would have been risky!
Good stuff f.o.s., this has got to have been boarded up for about 10 years, if not longer. My kids used to practice at Powerade every week. I'm surprised it wasn't on here already.
Parents usually complain to town council that they don't want it to become a hang-out for their teens and become a liability for the city. Hopefully someone gets interiors soon before it's possibly gone. I'm surprised Hutchinson Farm is still standing too.
We used to go 4x4ing and mud bogging right there in the Etobicoke Creek Valley before it got all built up around there. Good Times!.. Good find f.o.s. I'm thinking this one might get demolished soon if it doesn't meet heritage status considering it's proximity to the arena and Turner/Fenton High School and surrounding neighbourhoods.
