SS#1 Cardwell, Rosseau Falls. This brick school was opened 1932 east of the falls. Its now a home.

Mr. Langmeade lived on the Sinclair Township side of Millar Hill, right across from the schoolhouse. He served as the union sections secretary. He was the last person remaining in Millar Hill and watched as the forest re-took the land by 1920. Courtesy Robert Constable.

SS#5 Watt Township at Dee Bank. Was also a Presbyterian Church.

SS#3 Alport of Muskoka Township on MUskoka River. Formerly a Church it burned and a new one replaced it that lasted until 1961.

SS#5 Morrison Township at the former ghost town of Malta where today's Camp Hillbilly sits on Hwy 11. It still stands. First built in 1873 on east side of Muskoka Rd it was relocated here in 1902 and lasted until 1959 as a school.
