This is a very nice spot, with the hiss of passing cars on the highway above you, the rushing water down the mini waterfall bringing an eerie comfort. I definitley reccomend stopping by this place, as I don't believe it is illegal to be here and there's never any homeless people/squatters to look out for. I dont think the big drain is accessible as there is a good foot or two of water (on average tide) preventing you from entering without epuipment. This spot is still very great to hang out ate or bike/skate at, I very strongly recommend paying a visit.
