I've driven past this church many times but didn't know it was open to the public until this trip!

Vandals tried burning it down in 2002, and took most things that were inside the church.

After the restoration, the church's congregation has pledged to maintain the building's rustic beauty by establishing a fund to keep it in good health in perpetuity.
