Security is indeed very aggressive. I hopped a fence to avoid one car and took a walk around the building, only to bump into yet another! (Then again, it might just have been the same car circling to meet me.) I was not confronted, probably because the weather was miserable and wet.

I wasn't lucky enough to find an opening, but it was still interesting to see the slow renovation taking place as well as hints of what the building used to be. A very dismal place in the rain.
