Peter Ward had apparently worked a deal with the City twords the end of this building on the condition that he do some work and bring it up to standards. He didnt. First time I went, I could have swam in the basement.

As I got further twords where the mill used to be (foundation still seen on the property) the damage got worse. It warped from water and mold to fire and everything that the elements bring.

My headlamp reflected so I moved on cautiously ad to not punch thru the soft floor made softer in parts by carpet.
