May 2014: The building attached to Sui Sun spontaneously collapses. Later in the week, the remaining portions of the building still standing are knocked down by a demolition crew (Special thanks to Rumimume for permission to use these two photos).

The back of the area many months later. The entire building is now gone and has been 'completely' cleaned up (note the brick pile). Neighbouring buildings were evacuated and still sit empty. Several questionable alleyway entries have little in the way of security...
