Pretty easy, make sure you stay quiet and low and to only go late at night or early in the morning before sunrise. Bring a flashlight too. They seemed to have shut down the mini window, so I suggest bringing gloves to climb over the short building. From there, there's a wobbly ladder, don't be scared to climb down, it's completely safe, just a little scary and unstable feeling. Once you get down, go through the door and there should be a flight of stairs. From there, the very top leads to a beautiful rooftop :)
