I was just there yesterday for Halloween. Yes, we must be respectful. Also, there is a large wolf in the area. I have a horse near that cemetery, and I ride him in the woods nearby. We saw a huge grey wolf in the woods. They call him the giant wolf of Boston mills. We have a picture of him as well someplace. I can't seem to find it but we do have it. A huge grey wolf. There is a lot of history of this being haunted and being used as a grotto for Satanists 1980s but I am not sure. We must respect all property and never tress pass! Do not go there at night because you might hit a deer or something. Also the roads are very dangerous and really steep, the corners are very tight. IT is not safe to drive there at night not because of ghosts just because the roads and hills are crazy.
