Recently visited this location. Instead of a mat there is a couch. Fire pit is larger is noticeably used. Evidence of squatting (beer cans, clothes, paintings??, a ladder???, pillows, sheets).

Went here recently. -Access into site without any fence hopping. Keep in mind you are often in plain view of a busy intersection. \n -Evidence of squating (shoes, clothes, mattresses, blankets, alcohol, bongs, etc.) -Very filthy, huge number of hazards (rusty nails, borken glass everywhere, mold, broken beams, splitered wood, etc.). I attempted to clear up the path going upstairs. -Access to a sewer system via ladder. Went down to check it out. didn't see anything interesting. Overrall solid 6/10 location. Be careful.
