I drove by this place a couple of weeks back, the house has been torn down and it looks like they might be preping to put a subdivision full of houses on the land.

This house and 434 Egerton next door have been torn down. Both houses were pretty disgusting. They've started building something else on that corner.

i just came from here this morning. its been completely destroyed by fire. looks recent too

It's kept up well & is probably utilized for special events.

pretty cool place, the house is in very rough shape, upper floor rotten, lots of junk in the barn, use caution the barn's second floor seems unstable.

The reason why this house, and the other one you posted, is abandoned is because its going to be in the way of the expansion of hwy69. There is going to be an interchange build here for hwy64 and Brasier rd. I will create a location under hwy69 with the maps that i have.

hmm i never saw an OPP sign at all. I wonder if squatters were living in there. the access inside was very easy though..i will make this not a public location and to be only viewed by members only..

yeah. theres only one place u can cross the creek with minimal risk of getting wet.

i noticed a bunch of cops and firemen at this house either this summer or last summer. seemed like there was something big going on.

the last remaining home is the Barryclough's- the original postmaster's home. they wont touch this one apparently..its the green century home on the east side of the church..

Took the single pic while driving but Oct 13 10.....odd......boarded up everywhere but the front door.
