Yes me too!. I'm thinking maybe after it was abandoned, a few kids were partying here and someone possibly got hurt enough and had to leave in an ambulance and FAST. idk best thing I could come up with.

Visited this great old church today and found someone had broken in the front door, and the rear door was wide open. Had a quick look inside and took some pics. The interior has not been vandalized and a thick layer of dust coats everything. There is nothing of value inside, but it is still worth a visit before it gets locked up or destroyed.
If anyone gets to the area, check out the abandoned farm directly behind the General Store. Well worth documenting.
Now houses the Commanda Heritage Centre, a museum, an old fashioned general store and a tea room.

This house looks like it was erected in about 1880. How do u figure 1940?

Thanks for the images. Another example of Canadian manufacturing that went belly-up....shame. Is the facility accessible?

Thought for sure I'd be able to find something on google knowing the house number and the streets... Can't find anything. I'm intrigued (due to the Police tape.)

The police tape pretty much guarantees a homicide there. Creepy. :(
Awesome shots of the san guys. I've always wanted to go. maybe one day.
