you can get on the basement level of it fairly easily, but the way to get upstairs is locked. they installed a new security system about 2 years ago with new cameras and infrared light to see at night time. last year a group of kids got caught in there and since then there has been active security as far as i know.

been here a few times, just giant foundations left. there is a shaft near the back with a ladder that goes about 8 foot down but is flooded to at least 4 feet. i wasn't able to go down the ladder far enough to take a look inside without disturbing the water. also there was a squatter living here when i went last year, and the area appears to have been purchased by somebody.

went last week, place is double/triple fenced. its up for sale but there is no activity in it whatsoever. very good spot, lots of dust on the bottom floor, would recommend a mask. 2nd story floor is falling apart in some places. worth the visit

has anybody been able to find a point of entry? i want to see this location soon. i ask because the north side looks boarded up, possibly someone's been through.
