I am dying reading that story... What an adventure exploring in Kitchener is.

This is the former "St.Patricks / St.Davids Anglican Church" it closed in 2015 after merging with a neighboring congregation. The property has been sold to a developer and the plan is to put mid-rise apartments and townhouses on the lot.
Drove by today, it's gone.

Luckily, they moved to a bigger location on Courtland... They have delicious baked goods! (Although quite expensive).
This house has been demolished since the beginning of the summer, didn''t last long.
Did this house smell like death when you were there? Honestly, one of the weirdest smells... Like a mix of gasoline and plant fertilizer. Couldn''t find the source of it, although I didn''t look too hard. Place gave me the creeps.
How depressing, all these homes are unique.

This is right by my house, I've been keeping a close eye on it. Cops were there frequently over the winter kicking homeless people out of the garage, and out from under the back porch area. Someone broke in at one point through a side window because it's 100% boarded up now. Last week there were several private security company trucks in the lot, and several people milling about around the house. It's up for lease now.
All buildings on this property have been demolished within the last couple weeks. It can be made public now.
Location has been demolished. No longer needs to be an FM.
The houses on this section of street are slowly being abandoned one by one. It started out with just this one house in 2016 and last week it appears the next 2 are also boarded up.

This place is up for sale again, for back taxes over the last 30 years grand totalling $422,000.
Just passed by and this house along with the garage are demolished.
These photos are garbage, no offense... But you can't make out any details that are relevant.
What a gorgeous place, shame it's been demolished. :(
