The back room is definitly not safe but I did not see any bees or hornets. I assumed that they must have sprayed before taking off the outside cladding. There is alot of evidence inside the walls that is now visible from outside. I have not been out for a week so good to know it is still standing. Sad to hear about the hornets though.

Excellent spot... was wondering why the photos seemed so claustrophobic; then I saw the final pic!

Lol, indeed. It just pains me to see such nice homes go to rot. But we'll love them either way..

No , no, no you got it all wrong we want decay remember, this site? ah Ontario abansomething Places? LOL, but just natural decay though.
Agreed. Sometimes you just never can tell, until the decay sets in. Hopefully it continues to survive and gets lived in, loved and maintained..
Trailmixer3725 , thanks , ya nice to have this documented, and sure could be, but it was unlocked and it's just 5 guys and a case of beer away from done for good, if they find it. Sometimes a major unseen problem to the house is the culprit for being vacant and also with tougher rental laws , today. The mowed lawn is sometimes part of the ruse.
Nice little stone house. Nice find.. Looks move-in ready. Yard is maintained. I wonder if it's just a vacant rental property..

yes, I see now, thanks.
Yes, [punchbowl],this is one of the reasons I enjoy them so much ; the detail and the time[probably by hand], the manufacture took. I have also seen headstones, with how the person died right on there and some all in German.

Ohh, didn't even notice that location - nice job. I love the photos! That building is definitely interesting, too bad there is no POE. In fact, I'm not sure it's even entirely abandoned. Would love to take a look inside though. Also, I did notice the planes - makes me glad I don't live there haha, takes a bit away from the isolation and country-feel in my opinion.
Yes, this is in a nice place for sure. I have a location on Enos street, named after Enos Wolverton [1810-1883] , entry above yours , W. Gibsons land #4119 with just a few shots of their fenced in family plot, tho. Did you notice the planes overhead? Got to be on a flight path.
