This is a former truck stop and motel located along Highway 17.

An old car is parked out front, the wheels have long since gone flat.

I would not recommend being around this building during the summer as it is home to hundreds of hornets. It is also within eyesight of occupied homes.

This has since been demolished since 2018 maybe
