Stopped by here a couple weeks ago and randomly bumped into another couple of explorers! The only reason I could tell they were exploring was the tripod and camera... this was the first time I ran into explorers while exploring! Haha!

The ghostly encounter he told me about was as follows. "A bowl at the back of the fridge flew out and smashed in the middle of the kitchen floor during the night. Everyone was in bed." Hopefully I will speak to him in person as well, as he would love to see the pictures we have taken and the state the house resides in now.

Glen was kind enough to share this information with me today on the phone: He says the house is owned by a Polish gentleman whom lives in toronto. The owner of the house used to have bee's in the back, he used the porch of the house as a place to harvest the honey. He was renting the front half of the house where the kitchen is on the main floor for approximately 6-7 months.

My mother used to think our house was haunted when all it was was just the wind, or the house settling. Or the house expanding or contracting due to change in temperature. Especially when you see cracks in the drywall or foundation in certain places, it totaly makes sense.

Ask him about the condition of the fridge. Was it an old fridge? Was it level? Poor hinges? Poor magnetic seal around the door? Was there too much weight on the door if it wasn't level? The floors aren't perfectly level in alot of those old homes.

Apparently this old charmer is haunted! I have recently been informed that I work with a gentleman who used to live here. He says the fridge used to fly open... I will find out more from Glen when I can!

Great shots. We went by this one yesterday, but I didn't really care to go in it...

Highly recommended rurex. Get in while you can. This is the last of the four corners not yet developed, and there is a backhoe parked on the lawn. I suspect it's going to be a thing of the past very soon.

Stopped for some photos of the basement a few days ago, even the basement has 2 stairways for access.

This house is at the intersection of Highways 89 and 10 on the southwest corner. (Champ Burger is on the northwest corner) Very big place, seems to go on forever. Just the attic alone is huge. Sadly there has been the usual vandalism inside, also at rear of house on the single storey portion brickwork is starting to crack.
