Brooksbrae brick factory is one of the creepiest abandoned places in New Jersey. Located in the town of Pasadena, New Jersey, USA these old ruins were once known as the Brooksbrae Brick factory. This place can be found in the deep pine forest far away from modern civilization and network services, which don't work here today and. In its early days, it was a popular terracotta brick factory but now it's the home of stories of murder, arson, decay. The thing that attracts travelers here is that the whole ruins are now the house of graffiti.
The Brooksbrae Brick Factory's owner was William J. Kelly, who died in 1908. Before the factory was set to full pace its owner died. On its hay day, the factory-made more than 1000 bricks per day, but everything was shuttered after the owner died.
After that, the factory was discontinued as Kelly didn't make a proper will and it was in the hands of the facility's operation. The factory stood closed until there was a massive fire in 1915 due to the negligence of its caretaker. It was then when there was a nearby railway strike that's why the authority kept caretakers for this property. But this unfortunate accident happened. The property was fully destroyed and there was nothing left.
After this unfortunate incident, Kelly's will problem was resolved. The whole property was sold but due to deaths on the factory property, it was never rebuilt. And the locals also spread rumors about this place that the railway strikes encourage the crimes here, but after a police investigation, it was proved that the fire was accidental. Since then it was fully abandoned by humans. There were many stories of rampant growth in this old ruin. Some multiple murders and deaths happened in these old ruins. There are also many spooky stories about ghosts and haunting, moves around. Many people reported witnessing ghostly activities in this old factory.
After all, this happened here but the people never lost their curiosity about this place. This old ruin is a visited place for locals. They love to discover the old factory as the path of this factory is like a puzzle as Google doesn't work here. So many of the hikers were attracted to go hiking in this old factory and enjoy their path as many graffiti drawings led to this factory. Today some of the walls of this factory still exist, which are fully covered by graffiti. The whole place was overgrown and taken by the forest.
