Recent status | Demolished |
Location # | 1730 |
In 2007 the school was granted prohibitive-to-repair (PTR) status due to its offering of "21st Century learning in a 19th Century environment" and is currently in preperation for demolition.
October 2014: There appears to be no activity at this location in terms of preparation for demolition. Nothing has been gutted, no fencing, no heavy equipment on site. In fact, there was a For Sale sign on the front lawn.

That's upsetting, also for me the Map isn't showing the correct location. Is anyone else experiencing that? I noticed that the user is... no longer a user so I'm not sure if anyone has the coords to fix this or not. I went there at maybe 3am (because I love nighttime exploring) and can't remember where it was located.
Tried to visit this location this past weekend, it appears that Kenndruuh had the honors of most likely being the last member to gain access to this location as all P.O.E are completely boarded up due to arson and electronic security has been installed as stickers are posted all around the exterior. This is the fifth school I have tried to get shots in with absolutely no luck, such a shame.
Still open, I didn't have time to take any photos this time, should be going back next week. Food for thought, the schools insulation and pipe insulation is asbestos bast, its leaked onto the ground from the ceiling so try to not touch anything, clean your hands and your shoes after.
Thanks so much Veedub226 for checking in on this place, it was an awesome place to photograph!
I went here last night, the door is wide open, but I think we should change it to full member, it's pretty dangerous inside. When I was in the basement one of the roofs collapsed, luckily a small piece had fell to warn me to back up a bit. I do have to say it was pretty cool to see though, I've never seen it happen in any of the places haha.
