From what I have heard elsewhere most of it will be. But not the tunnels.

Like I said elsewhere - the coolest parts of the jail are no likely to be included in the tours!

Unfortunately the tunnels will not be accessible during the tours. Apparently an employee cracked their head on a pipe or something and had to go to the hospital. Argh...dullard.
