I was in Thunder Bay a week ago and decided to check this place out, this place is really cool but also terrifying. The only way up is a spiraling staircase that goes up around 40m and only has a thin handrail to keep you from falling, it's broken in some places to which is worse. Aside from that, you get a nice view of Thunder Bay and the building itself is really cool.
