very good condition for a house thats been abandoned for over a decade. Infact from the one half of the house there was zero decay at all. Ive honestly just ignored this one even though I pass by it all the time on my bike going to other spots. I was on the way home so I seeing 8-balls album I assumed it was open so he helped me find the poe so thanks.

Weirdly enough, the excellent condition is due to the house being completely renovated after abandonment. Doesn’t really add up as it’s going to be demolished
