This site is huge. There are about 6 buildings scattered around. Great place to explore!

We found an old basketball court, indoor pool and gas chamber.

One of the bulings was very well boarded up and had a fence around it so we were very curious whats being hidden inside.

I'm gonna take a wild guess and assume that any electronic in that building is destroyed beyond repair

We noticed there are cameras on the street light posts which would be running on a separate electronic grid but I was there for about 10 hours exploring very much within the view of the cameras and I had no problems. Also the lights don’t turn on at all so I’m assuming all power is gone.

The police have been known to pop in here from time to time. It has been known for a long time and once known, they don't become unknown I'd say. Always be aware of your surroundings. That being said, I walked around here with my mom, she just didn't enter the clapped building I did, and we had no issues (3 years ago). It did have active cameras and regular police for some time IIRC. I think a lot of the various stuff is in the comments on the location itself.

This is a very neat for a level 1 location
