This location is really in the middle of nowhere. It can be found near the semi-ghost town of Mount Horeb, on a thin dirt road called "Hogsback Road." The road continues after the location and reaches a concrete bridge. It then narrows, until it rejoins the main road.
To get to the location, I suggest parking at the clearing by the bridge and then walking 400 meters back the on the road until the trees on the other side of the fence clear up. Then you will need to hop the barbed wire fence, and hike.
Once over the fence, the scenery is beautiful, with hills and trees, and a creek. It is not risky at all from this point, other than the odd insect that might bug you. It is a half a kilometer easy hike to the location, and you are barely visible to anybody.
The hills were strange because they had a few sand pits like a golf course. On one side of the hill, we found a hunting stand so watch out for that.
From aerial imaging, the roof is about half rusted. The walls are composed of metal siding, wood, and fake bricks. The hut was largely empty, except for a yellow item of clothing by one wall and a large can in the basement. There was also a ruined couch outside. The floors were quite destroyed with several holes, and several missing boards. We only noticed the basement after a few minutes though, as we initially thought that it was just another hole in the floor. Upon closer inspection, it had a breaking ladder leading into a tiny, empty room.
Finally, there was quite a lot of graffiti around the cabin, such as the monster energy logo. All in all, the scenery and hike was more interesting than the location, but I would still recommend it to explorers.
