Everywhere on the walls it says "HMAK". I have seen that written on spots all over town so I think whoever does that is the guy.

I actually considered putting in an offer to try and buy this property in July of this past summer. The yellow fencing wasn't up on the driveway then, so I take it they're going to demolish the house.

Yes I think that they are going to demolish the house because I looked up the address and builders are trying to get permits to build a subdivision. It wouldn't have been a bad house to buy before the vandals found it though.
